  • When will I receive my order?
    *Due to current social distancing measures, order processing and shipment times may be delayed* ​ Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number. ​ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. ​ Hyperloop Sounds does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. ​ Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item purchased. Please email hyperloopsounds@gmail.com with your name and order number for any exchange inquiries.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include: * Domestic vs International shipments * Total weight of package
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Modify ​ Modifying an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. ​​ Please contact us if you do not have an Hyperloop Sounds account and would like to make changes to an existing order. ​ ​ Cancel ​ All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.
  • Are taxes included?
    Taxes ​ The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. In order to ensure you’re seeing the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery fees while you browse, make sure to select your shipping country at the bottom of any page.
